300 Dog Night
Originally formed out a willful spite but now driven by un-understood forces, 300 Dog Night plays repetitive treble and heavy skronk with an ever-shifting ensemble of players and instruments. Tense drones + free rock = kraut “jazz” AKA just another rudimentary nightly temperature gauge.
Ghostt Bllonde
The self proclaimed “trash-can-pop” of Raleigh, NC’s energetic upstarts, Ghostt Bllonde, has now graduated into a healthy serving of Gutter-Glam. Reeling from the momentum of their boisterous 2013 debut, “Trashpop//Doomwop”, the quartet steadily churned out an EP and a series of thoughtful singles coming out from hiding beneath a lo-fi curtain that proved the group to be sonically malleable and eager to explore any delightful mess they could create.
