PRETTY CRIMES
Website | Spotify | Instagram
“Pretty Crimes is Raleigh’s flag-bearer for power-pop, sprinkling in influences from indie rock, art pop, and electronica. Based out of Raleigh, NC, the band consists of songwriter Dan Irving (vocals, keys, guitar), Mike Freeman (drums), Chris Niver (bass), and Alan “Chico” Marines (lead guitar). Their first album, You Have Your Mind, explores different sonic territories while searching out the basis for beliefs. Their second record, Every Moment All at Once, is a kaleidoscopic concept album about human connections. Since that album, the band has doubled down on the power-pop and pop rock aspects of their sound. Their next record, already written and awaiting recording, promises to be more melodic, more immediate, and more incisive than ever before.”

“Jupiter 2 is Nicholas Cirone and Ian Campbell. They make starry-eyed psychedelic pop music in Nick’s home studio.“
