Dan Cleveland is a Minneapolis based musician and deliveryman. Dan is determined to succeed with his band, Dark Horse, and is eternally optimistic despite the problems that he is constantly battling against. DRIVER 23 is from director Rolf Belgum about Dan and his plight, illustrating the ingenious methods he undertakes to overcome this debilitating problem. Belgum provides unique insights in to Cleveland’s innermost thoughts and feelings, offering a touching portrayal of a man struggling against the frustrations of his everyday existence.
