Since their debut in 2015, psychedelic rock four-piece Hot Garbage have quickly made an impression in the music community in their hometown of Toronto with their dynamic sound and captivating live performances alongside artists such as Ty Segall, Kikagaku Moyo, Heaters, Meatbodies, L.A. Witch, Kim & The Created, and The Garden. The group self-released the single H oney/Baby on cassette in May 2017. In August 2017, they released the single Galleria and landed a slot on Toronto’s Night Owl Festival (Ty Segall, Shannon & The Clams, The Besnard Lakes).
In November 2017, Hot Garbage self-released their debut EP M ax Blonda, displaying an innovative approach to early-Floyd-era classic psychedelia with heavy guitar tones and swirling organ swells. They continue to impress audiences in their hometown and surrounding area, and will be touring the US in spring 2018.
