Jeanne Michelle Askew is a percussionist and audio engineer from Charlotte, NC, where she currently resides. She is the band-leader for avant-jazz/ noise rock act Skewed Collective, and also makes duo and solo works under the Skewed moniker. RESONANCY is an ongoing performance series that explores the vast and evolving landscape of percussion-centric music and arts. Our aim is to connect percussive threads between creative communities and offer a platform for innovation, improvisation, and collaboration along the rhythmic backbone. -Devon Tuttle
