http://www.alannaroyale.com/ – Based in Nashville, TN, Alanna Royale combines their favorite elements of 70’s funk and soul, rock, and pop, all executed by their fearless leader and sensual vocalist, Alanna Quinn-Broads, an unparalleled rhythm section – Jared Colby on guitar, Gabriel Golden on bass and Matt Snow on drums – and a tremendously talented two-piece horn section – Kirk Donovan on trumpet and Diego Vasquez on trombone.
Always moving forward in momentum and relentlessly touring, the band has shared the stage with Trombone Shorty, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Lee Fields, Hurry for the Riff Raff, John Oates, Big Freedia and made appearances at Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits, LouFest and Rhythm and Blooms Festival. They’ve also been featured in Garden & Gun, Nashville Lifestyles and on NPR. Between a few select shows this spring, they are currently working on a new record at Welcome to 1979 with Kelly Finnegan (Monophonics, Blackalicious) and Mindy Watts of Third Man Records.
