Raleigh debut of Ivan Howard’s newest project!
De La Noche is PDX to NC collaboration between Raleigh native Ivan Howard (the Rosebuds, Gayngs, Howard Ivans) and two long time Wilmington, NC, friends Robert Rogan and Brian Weeks. Local triangle legend Matt Douglas (Mountain Goats) contributes sax on their 11 song debut album Black Days, Blue Nights. The songs combine a soulful vibe with ethereal synth washes placing them comfortably alongside the new generation of Quiet Storm bands. For fans of Sade, Tame Impala, The Blue Nile.
