Raleigh welcomes back the CAKE Comedy Tour, featuring Carrie Gravenson (Carolines on Broadway), Abbi Crutchfield (host of truTV’s You Can Do Better), and Kaytlin Bailey (Sirius XM), and Erin Judge (Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central)!

The women of CAKE started working together as the Pink Collar Comedy Tour in 2012. Since then, they’ve hit more than 60 cities, including Austin, Raleigh, New Orleans, Toronto, Los Angeles, Boston, San Francisco, Charleston, and many more. In 2017, they renamed their tour CAKE, an acronym of their names. They’re still serving up “smart comedy by female comics,” as the Boston Globe describes.

Carrie Gravenson won the New York Underground Comedy Festival’s Emerging Talent Stand-Up Competition, was runner-up at the Catch a Rising Star Competition, and has been a semi-finalist in the Ventura Comedy Competition and the She Devil Comedy Contest. She’s headlined at Carolines on Broadway, NYC’s premier comedy nightclub, and continues to headline in other venues around North America.
Abbi Crutchfield is the host of You Can Do Better on truTV. She has also been featured on Comedy Central, TBS, and NBC. Her work on Twitter has earned numerous top lists including Best Tweets of the Year by Huffington Post Comedy and Paste magazine. She is a contributor to the popular e-greetings site Someecards. She has also appeared on truTV’s Friends of the People, on TBS’s Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, NBC’s Mysteries of Laura, and Comedy Central’s Broad City.
Kaytlin Bailey is a stand up comic. You may have seen her on MTV. You may have heard her on SiriusXM, in addition to many popular podcasts. Kaytlin founded the CAKE Comedy Tour in 2012. Playboy magazine featured her critically-acclaimed Naked Comedy Show in New York, and she’s a formidable competitor in roast battles around the city. Kaytlin performs regularly all over New York, but she’s especially proud to be associated with, and thankful to, the Creek & the Cave.

Erin Judge lives in Los Angeles, writes funny stuff, and performs comedy all over the world. Erin has appeared on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham, and at lots of festivals, including Women in Comedy, Bridgetown, Boston, and Laugh Your Asheville Off. Erin’s debut novel, Vow of Celibacy, came out in 2016, and she co-hosts Romantic Comedy, a popular monthly stand-up show at The Ripped Bodice bookstore in LA.
